multiple pools quiet relaxation thin steak safety concern

the resort had multiple pools , so finding one for quiet relaxation was acceptable.

the steak restaurant disappointed , specifically the steak itself was thin and fatty. other guests and i experienced falls due to the numerous stairs throughout the grounds. it presented a safety concern that affected the overall experience.

FABULOUS stay, will return!

king bed separate sinks rainfall shower pleasant staff

Our room was a junior suite swim out king bed! The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast at Jasmine Restaurant was great (especially the pancakes!). The staff made mornings perfect for us.

The fitness room is a bit small. It could use an update. BUT I still got my workouts in!

The hotel offers a seamless beach shuttle service. The trips to the shore were effortless. The hotel is not located on the beach, but it provides free transport. It offers a beach bar and a restaurant.

balanced experience at this hotel

safe transportation amazing staff missing signage limited breakfast insincere service

transportation from and to the hotel not sketchy at all. i found the staff to be amazing. the staff concierge met every request.

there is no clear signage indicating where to leave your vehicle for check-in. we arrived early and were allowed to use the facilities. i had to take my luggage back myself. breakfast had limited variety and service did not feel genuine.
